Frequently asked
The screen shows nothing after I insert the USB drive.
Check the drive is FAT32 and the files are MP4 (H.264) or JPG in the panel's native resolution. Try the USB port on the side of the unit, and wait 10–20 seconds — recognition takes a moment.
How do I open the settings menu?
Tap the screen icon 5 times in a row, or press MENU on the remote, or click the icon 5 times with a mouse. On touch models you can also tap the icon directly. Remote control uses the IR sensor interface.
The remote doesn't respond.
Insert 2× AAA batteries (not included in the box) and make sure you're pointing at the IR sensor. If it still fails, the on-screen touch menu covers all the same settings.
Can I schedule different content for different times of day?
Yes — playlists and daypart schedules are built in the PC software or the LedArt app, then pushed to the display over Wi-Fi.
Where do I get the LedArt app and PC software?
The full manual (PDF above) has download QR codes for both. The app is available for iOS and Android; the PC software runs on Windows.
